There are a handful of things you can do to prepare for your session and maximize the value of our time together:

Check Your Contact Info

If you opted to speak via phone instead of Zoom, please ensure that you gave me the correct phone number. (You’d be surprised how many people mistype their own numbers!)

Be in a Quiet, Private location

You absolutely must be in a quiet place where you can speak freely and at a normal volume during your session. Total privacy is ideal to both encourage your complete relaxation and freedom and also to prevent interruptions.

Be Prepared

Take a few minutes to breathe deeply and put aside the concerns of your day before your session. Set the intention to stay open to receiving all the information that you most need. It’s also helpful to have a pen and paper handy with which to take notes during your sessions.

Also, because it comes up often: you cannot do your session while driving! However, I have many clients who take my calls in their parked cars while on their lunch breaks.

Be on Time

I’m a stickler about starting sessions on time. If you haven’t heard from me within two minutes of your scheduled appointment, check your email and your voicemail. I always end my sessions on time, even if we have to start late because you gave me the wrong number or weren’t available at our designated start time.

Keep an Open Mind

You never know what information or guidance is going to come through during a session. Typically the area of your life you’re most interested in discussing is also the area that shows up when I tune in for your session, but this isn’t always the case. Sometimes the information that comes through isn’t what you want to hear, but it’s important to stay open minded and trust that it’s the information you most need to help you on your path.
