I figured it would be helpful to pull together some information that will help you get the most out of your session with me. If you do all of these things before your session you will maximize the value of our time together!
You’d be surprised how often people mis-type their own phone number! Please double check that you gave me the right number.
In a 15-minute session we have time to cover one major area of your life, and sometimes 1-2 additional questions as well. In a 30-minute session we can cover significantly more, sometimes up to 5 questions depending on their complexity. Choose an appropriate session length. If you’re struggling with two major areas of your life, you’re not going to get all the guidance you need out of a 15-minute session.
Prioritize Your Questions
I ask to receive questions in advance of all sessions so that I can get information from your guides before we talk on the phone. Please send your questions in priority order so that I know what you want to focus on. Sometimes we don’t have time for all of your questions but if they’re prioritized we can make sure the most important ones are addressed.
You absolutely must be in a quiet place where you can speak freely and at a normal volume during your session. If possible, take a few minutes to breathe deeply and put aside the concerns of your day before your session. Have a pen and paper handy with which to take notes during the call.
Be on Time
I am a stickler about calling my clients on time. If you haven’t heard from me within two minutes of your scheduled appointment, check your email and your voicemail. I always end my sessions on time, even if we have to start late because you gave me the wrong number or weren’t available when I called you the first time.
Keep an Open Mind
You never know what information or guidance is going to come through in an intuitive counseling session. Typically the area of your life you are most interested in discussing is also the area your guides want to talk about, but this is not always the case. Sometimes the information that comes through from your guides isn’t what you want to hear, but it’s important to stay open minded and trust that your guides are giving you the information you most need to help you on your path.
